'Winkle's Wedding' is classic party game first published in the 1920's.
It uses the simple idea of supplying all the players with random cards which contain a selection of words. One player then reads the story of 'Winkle's Wedding', which contains a number of blanks where words should be. Each time a blank comes up, the next player must say the word on their card - often with hilarious results!
Although the humour in the game is definitely 'of its time', the game still never fails to liven up any party and is guaranteed to raise a laugh.
The vintage 'Winkle's Wedding' game we have for sale (the same edition as the game pictured on his page) dates from the 1950's. It is complete and in good, used condition. there is some wear and clear tape to the box but it is perfectly useable and the cards are all in good condition.
