All prices quoted on this site are in British Pounds (£) GBP. Postage and packing costs are listed separately in your 'shopping basket'. P&P is charged based on the size and weight of the item(s) you are purchasing, and ranges from £2.95 to a maximum of £9.95.
Orders can be placed via our website or by telephone (9.30am - 5.30pm, Mon - Fri). We can accept payment by the following methods:
1) Cheques and postal orders (UK only) made out to 'AGP Associates'.
2) Credit cards - Visa and Mastercard
3) UK Debit Cards
All payments are taken in Sterling (£ GBP) and all card payments are processed via HSBC.
If you pay by cheque, then please allow up to 4 working days for cheque clearance.Shipping and Delivery
Postage and packing costs are automatically added to your order in the shopping basket. Ourmainland UK delivery charges are based on the size and weight of the game you have ordered and range from £2.95 up to a maximum of £9.95 (excluding bulk orders). There is a minimum delivery charge of £2.95 per order.
Orders are despatched via Royal Mail (1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery) or Parcelforce.
Please note that some Parcelforce deliveries (Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Highlands and Islands of Scotland) do attract a surcharge. If this affects your order, you will be notified before we take any payment.
Under normal circumstances, all orders (stock items) are despatched within 48 hours. However, if you require a game urgently, or by a specific date, please telephone or email us before placing your order.
All items are checked and packed by hand, and either packed in a rigid outer box, packed with bubble wrap or other soft packaging, or a heavy-duty padded postal bag.
All stock items are normally despatched within 3 working days (subject to credit card authorisation, cheque clearance etc.). Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery will be considerably quicker than this.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours before taking any payment.
Please note that all delivery times may be longer around the period Xmas period so if you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us to confirm exact delivery times.
Overseas Orders
If you are placing an order from outside the UK, when you are placing your order the cost of shipping will be left blank. No payment will be taken from your credit card at this stage. Once we have received your order we will email the shipping costs to you and await your reply. You can either accept or cancel the order. We will only take payment for the order if you email us accepting the order.
If you prefer to know the shipping costs in advance of ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to confirm the shipping costs by email.
Condition Grading
We value our reputation and aim to describe our items as accurately as possible, including any defects. We also list our criteria for the description of condition, below. We are happy to email additional photographs and information, prior to purchase, if required.
Importantly, when reading the condition rating, remember that the rating is relative to the typical condition of an item of that age. And please bear in mind that most of the vintage items that we sell are between 30 and 50 years old, with some being considerably older. Unless they are described as being in 'mint condition' they will always show some signs of age. However, we only sell items that are classed as 'good condition' or better. All items are sold complete unless otherwise stated.
To help you understand how the condition of an item is rated, please see the following guide:
Mint: We very rarely describe vintage items as being in mint condition, and will only do so if they are 'as new'. It will be downgraded to 'Excellent' even if there is slight wear to the packaging.
Excellent: All parts of the the item will be in excellent all round condition. Minor wear due to age and/or storage is acceptable.
Very Good: In similar condition to 'Excellent' but with slightly more wear. The item will still appear to have had very little use.
Good: The overall condition will be above average for the age of the item, but it will have some age and storage wear.
Average: The item shows usual wear and tear typical of its age. The packaging may be in a poor condition, although useable, and the item itself will have wear and tear, or even some repairs, but this will always be described in detail.
REMEMBER - We do not want anyone to be disappointed with their purchase, and we are happy to email additional photographs to you before you purchase.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the condition of any of our vintage items, we are happy to refund the cost of the item providing you notify us of the problem within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds & Returns
All toys and games are checked prior to despatch, and we are justifiably proud of the fact that we have never had an item returned because a customer was disappointed with the condition. However, if you are not happy with the condition of the item you have ordered you are welcome to return it to us. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and wait for our acknowledgement before you send the item back.
If the item is returned to us within 7 days, in the same condition in which it left us, we will offer you the choice of a refund or a credit note.
Please ensure that you contact us, preferably by telephone, before you return the item, so that we can confirm the correct Returns address etc..
The cost of postage is not refundable unless the item was described incorrectly or was incomplete. We strongly advise obtaining Proof of Posting and using Recorded Delivery when returning any games as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss while the returned game is in the postal system.
Cancelling Your Order
Once you have placed an order with us (via letter, telephone or website) we will continue to process your order unless you inform us that you wish to cancel. If you do wish to cancel your order, you must inform us immediately.
We will always acknowledge a cancellation by email or telephone, so if you do not receive this confirmation then it may mean your email or telephone messaged has gone astray. Therefore we recommend that if you do not receive a reply from us, you contact us by telephone to confirm the cancellation. We cannot refund postage and packaging costs for orders that are sent out if we have not received advance notice of cancellation, and acknowledged this, from the customer.
Privacy & Security
We respect our customer's privacy, and any personal information that you supply to us is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act, and is not passed to any other persons or companies, other than those involved in processing your order (eg. bank, credit card authorisation, etc.).
We do not use your information for our own marketing purposes unless you give us permission to do so. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your personal information, please contact us.
If you choose to make a purchase by credit or debit card, your details will be encrypted and sent via a secure server. You will see a padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the page when you are in the secure section of the site. Alternatively, you can place your order and make your payment by telephone.
