Description:
This is a vintage heavyweight Subbuteo team no. 319 representing Wales. It dates from 1977 and features detailed painting of the Welsh national football team's strip of that time. It comprises 10 'heavyweight' outfield players and a goalkeeper, presented in an original C500 Subbuteo box featuring the team strip on the lid.
This team, in the 'heavyweight' version is now very rare and it unusual to find one in such good condition with its original box. The team we have for sale, pictured on this page, is complete and in very good condition.

Writing to lid: No
The players are in excellent condition. One player has been re-glued to the base, but is has been done very neatly and is not particularly noticeable. The box does have some minor creasing and one corner has been neatly reinforced with clear tape, but apart from this it is in excellent condition.
