'Penalty' is a classic card-based football strategy game from the 1960's, made by Pepys.
Passing,tackles, shots at goal, corners, fouls etc. all take place by players using cards from their hand, which are dealt out from the special deck of cards.
The game we are currently selling, similar to the one pictured, is complete and in excellent 'near mint' condition throughout.
