'Mine a Million' Board Game
by Waddington's (1965)

Game Description:
Waddington's 'Mine a Million' board game was first released by Waddington's in the mid-1960's.
Players own tin mines and must try to transport their production to the docks (Newport Warehouse), and either sell it there or send by ship to ports where it can be sold for Dollars.
The clever part of the game is that players are forced to choose whether to go for the quick sale at the docks, for which they will receive payment in Sterling, or to take nthe gamble of shipping by sea, which is much more risky.
Event cards can cause the best laid plans to go awry!
The first player to make a million dollars in profit is the winner.
