Game Description:
This edition of ‘The Lord of the Rings’ Board Game is an updated re-issue of Reiner Knizia’s ground-breaking, co-operative strategy board game.
Players take on the role of Hobbits in a classic tale of good versus evil as The Fellowship embarks on their quest to destroy the One Ring.
The Fellowship must travel across four different game boards, co-operating to with each other to overcome multiple challenges, and prevent the ring-bearer from becoming corrupted by the dark forces of Sauron.
As players travel through the dangerous Mines of Moria and defend the citadel of Helm’s Deem, they must work together to fight off the growing influence of Sauron. If they falter in their quest just a little, they risk succumbing to the growing darkness!
Please note that this new edition of The Lord of the Rings Board Game is not compatible with previously released expansions.
