Description:
'Haunted House' is a classic family board game from the mid-1970's. Players have to try and be the first to get through the haunted house and break the witches' spell.
The 'house' is made of a three-dimensional game board depicting the rooms of the house, with a staircase leading to a 'charmed circle'. The first player to reach the charmed circle is the winner.
During the game players must try and avoid the witches' spells which may turn you into a mouse, or the dreaded 'Whammy Ball' which is dropped down the chimney and may send a player back to the previous place.
This game is now very hard to find in complete, original condition and is now a collector's item.

Condition:
Board: Very Good
Playing pieces: Good - Very Good
Cards: Very Good
Box: Average - Good
The game components are complete and all in good, or very good, used condition.
Apart from some fraying to the edges of the some of the card pieces, the only defect is that the (cardboard) bannister of the staircase has been repaired with clear tape. However, it is the section which fits under the landing, so is not really noticeable but it does need to be handled with care.
There playing pieces and the board are in very good condition with very little wear. The cards are in good used condition with no marks, creasing or tears.
The box, which like most of the Deny Fisher games, is a flimsy design, has some storage wear (rubbing to the edges etc.) but it is in better than average condition and perfectly useable.
