This Limited Edition, discontinued Corgi Aviation model is a superb 1/72nd scale diecast model of an Avro Lancaster of 106 Squadron based at Syerston in 1942.
This Lancaster, nicknamed 'Admiral Prune', was flown by Guy Gibson before he moved to 617 Squadron - the famous 'Dambusters'.
This model features high-quality detailing and a superb finish.
Only 2,800 of these models were released worldwide and they now rarely come on to the secondhand market. This model is number 2537 and comes complete with the numbered Limited Edition Certificate.
Features include optional landing gear (up or down), rotating gun turrets and and a detailed crew.
The model we are currently selling, pictured on this page, is complete with the original box, stand and all accessories. The model is in mint condition.and has only been removed from the box for display purposes.
