'Aviation' is one of a series of ground-breaking strategy war games first published by H.P. Gibson & Sons in the 1920's. All of the games in the series (L'Attaque, Dover Patrol, Aviation and Tri-Tactics) are based on the same game mechanics, but vary in complexity).
'Aviation' is one of the rarer games in the series, and good quality games, complete with all of the original playing pieces, are becoming hard to find.
