Game Description:
'Aviation' is one of the classic series of early war games first published by H.P. Gibson & Sons in the 1930's and 1940's.
This edition of 'Aviation' dates from the early 1960's.
Similar to it's sister games, L'Attaque and Dover Patrol, 'Aviation' is a clever game of aerial strategy which doesn't rely on dice or cards. Players start with equal forces, but the set up distribution of these forces is known only to the 'owning' player.
The object of the game is to land one of your troop carrying aeroplanes in your opponent's aerodrome.
The 'Aviation' game that we have for sale, similar to the game pictured on this page, is complete and, apart from some relatively minor storage wear to the box, the game is in very good condition throughout.
