Game Description:
The '4-2-4' Table Football game was a direct competitor to Subbuteo Table Soccer, and was designed to more a realistic simulation of football tactics.
Although '4-2-4' sold in much smaller numbers than Subbuteo, it had a loyal following and is an excellent tactical football game.
Complete '4-2-4' games in good condition are now very rare and sought after.
The game we currently have for sale, pictured on this page, is a first edition which dates from around 1970. The game is complete, and apart from neat repairs to three of the players, is in superb condition throughout.

Players: Excellent (3 have been re-glued back on to their bases).

Condition Notes:
The game itself is excellent condition for its age. The player figures, which are notoriously fragile have survived well. They are all original and are generally in excellent condition. Three players have been neatly re-glued back on to their bases (see picture below).
The pitch is in excellent condition and is unmarked.
The box has very little wear and is in excellent condition.
